last sunday the pbs had a cooking show on testkichen i think. he was dry rub oven baked barb chicken. it really looked good. cut up in small pieces rub with salt mixed into the rub, let stay over night in frig.. bake i think x minutes at 400, then it bake again at 500. i went to the site to copy the recipe.. well you do not get it unless you sign onto sight.. then you get trail cook book. well you all didn't get the recipe i felt it was just selling cook books. they called it picnic bbq chicken.. supposed to be real crisp and tender.
