That comment makes no sense. If the Santa Ana Judge were going to lecture Qualcomm lawyers about another judge,s findings in an unrelated case (itself being unlikely), such an attitude should have been apparent in his decision to double the Santa Ana verdict, which was issued Friday. I saw nothing to suggest that.
