Tell that to Reliance and China Unicom. Reliance alone is doing 2.5M new adds a month. Reliance isnt doing anywhere close to 2.5 million net adds a month. The last two months have been pretty good for them (since the launch of the $20 CDMA handsets) and they did about half that figure. Perhaps Unicom's CDMA network will hit its potential if they are sold to China Telecom but until then, you cant be happy with 400,000 new subs a month....that is less than half the GSM net adds they get every month.
