They are sure taking their time if they want lower prices, maybe they haven't built up enough short inventory to go down?
They can't be exhausting sellers? In this environment I would think everyone would be heading for the exits. vbg

on the positive side Trin has been slowly dropping this pm and here is the 60 min chart but Trinq has picked up and is near the highs @ 1.70
