XBD and DJIA both made minor new lows in weak fashion. I seriously doubt that a major support breach is underway in such a timid fashion. I'm favoring a short shakeout tomorrow - gap down, then run it through the shorts into options expiration. That would trap the most bears and provide the most fuel for a short-covering rally. Should that happen, I'll be ditching the last of my long-sided hedges and taking on a few more anti-credit bubble shorts. It would set up a triple bottom at the 200DSMA - a highly unlikely structure.
