...and that would pretty much tally with the return to 50dMA I mentioned...Also, in this case, 200dMA...

Minor point...see no July 26 gap on my chart...maybe you're looking at wiggles ??

Early on...but interesting..

XBD...slight new low and bouncing...slightly..
BSC ...no new low...and bouncing
GS...new low and back in the green..
SCHW..no new low...in the green
