Once again, an injunction is unlikely, given EBAY v MercExchange, and the facts of this case (e.g., Verizon license, no competitive Broadcom products, no irreparable harm). If one were granted, a stay pending appeal is usually ordered by the trial judge, or by the Fedreal Court of Appeals.
