It's called "deductive logic". Look it up. 1. Both Murphy and Turek's lawyers, as well as the US Trustee, have access to Pro-Mold's bank statement. Both Murphy's lawyers and the US Trustee quite clearly say that Turek's $100K wire to Lexreal was a one-way transaction. Why on earth would they say something like this if it could easily be disproved by the bank statement? Why on earth would Turek's lawyers not have presented such obvious refutation evidence if they had it? Simple deductive logic says there is no matching transaction from Lexreal to Pro-Mold, hence Turek had to have been lying. 2. Yes, I am agreeing with the US Trustee that Turek's legal team was negligent at best. Yes, I think Turek's legal team put their reputation at severe risk here. Yes, I think Turek's legal team is so disgraced by this and their handling of concurrent patent suits that they will have no choice but to resign unless Turek replaces them first. 3. I could post on iHub if I so chose. I jus don't feel comfortable getting into a conversation in a place I don't check on a timely basis from day to day. - Jeff

What exactly is your underlying motivation? Why don't you just tell us exactly what you are implying when you question others and their motivations. I keep sensing that you are accusing some of being insiders, well then, where are they on the inside? Do we have Turek family members or current/past employees posting here? Perhaps former burned business partners? Since trading is dead, they certainly are not pumpers or short sellers left in the game, their exit was obvious from the lack of postings since it all came apart. I would be curious to learn EXACTLY who you think all of the posters here on this forum are along with their connections to PLNI and/or their true motivations for posting.
