And who can argue, since the terrorism exists only in the minds of the authorities.

Leaving 9/11 out of it, I am unaware of a single terrorist attack in the US for which an authentic terrorist organization has claimed responsibility. In fact, I'm unaware of any terrorist attack or, for that matter, any terrorists.
