LOL, the downgrade means you don't have to make the payment. The last 7 years we downgraded the whole country, so does the same principal apply?

OMG telling me about that site is like giving a six-year-old a hand grenade. You can type in whatever you want it say, and one of the voices sounds exactly like the CEO where I used to work. It even enunciates correctly and very naturally with commas and pauses. I did one typing in the first few lines of John Milton's "Lycidas":
