I bailed, given all the legal uncertainties. It would take a lot for me to go back into QCOM. Had held for years, so a nice profit. Will watch how things go.

when do we buy qcom?

Remember that most stocks follow the trend, and that the individual issues facing a stock do not necessarily affect the price as much as the trend.

The trend for all stocks is horrid and will get even worse, IMO.

Buy when the worst news hits the streets, when the market is tanking, when people are in a panic.

Sell on rallies because there will be some.

I personally think we may very well see a Dow 10,500 sometime next year. I therefore would not be buying now.
