The Dems are: 1. Paid off because of campaign financing requirements: we need 100% publicly funded campaigns regardless of how idiotic the SC is in saying that campaign contributions are free speech --- then why isn't saying that there is a fire in the theater also free speech. 2. Frightened of the rightwing talk radio, blog nuts, cable frauds spin machine. The rightwing is still 95% of the chatter out there. I blame Clinton for the telecom bill even if he is sheepish about it today. We need to break up media conglomerates just like the old trust busters. We are back living in the 1920s but too few Americans understand this. ------------- 1. Publicly funded campaigns. 20 year moratorium on taking anything, including jobs, from any industry or organization regulated by office holders. 2. Single payer health That would so improve the lives of all Americans, we wouldn't know what hit us.
