If Bush declares Iran's guards a "terrorist organization" this means at least two things. First it gives the US military carte blanche to torture any guards members they capture during a possible US-iran war. It also will give the Guards carte blanche to torture any US troops they may capture in such a war. Means still more suffering for both Iranian and US troops in still another "war for Israel" if indeed one breaks out.
