2 hard boiled eggs while making my rabbit and squirrel stock for tomorrow mornings creation of rabbit/squirrel/sausage gumbo. The stock is cooling in the fridge now and I actually have enough stock and meat for 2 batches so I will freeze one.

I browned the rabbit and squirrel after seasoning them with Zatarain's Creole seasoning. That oil is of course being saved for tomorrow mornings roux. Then I threw them in 2 gallons of water, some celery, carrots, thyme, parsley, onion, leek white part only. After they were cooked through I de-boned the meat and put the bones back into the stock and let it simmer all day. Bringing me to this point which is done for the day.

There, that was on topic. And as for your friendly hint I will turn my ignore back on and respond no more:) You have to admit though that tough guy act while playing with the girls exchanging recipe's is some kind of funny. I literally was roaring.
