John, how big is your crock pot? I have a 5 quart but I doubt I could get 5 lbs of ribs in it. Maybe if I cut them into singles... not sure. Did you just slice the onions and lay them all over the bottom? Just plain old store bot BBQ sauce? Think I'll give that one a try.
