It is obvious, you roll socialized medicine into MediCare. They have been the most effective at causing doctors to refuse to see new patients under their coverage. Maybe you just expand the VA, they have a whole network of nursing homes that used to be hospitals before the funding was reduced to the point they couldn't remain open. Ohh, I know, Homeland Security, we'll mandate that everyone gets a heart transplant and then not fund it. The closer HIllary gets to the whitehouse the more the stock market falls.
