Most of the assertions in the post were assertions in the realm of fact Oh, I thoroughly disagree. The assertions were mostly ad hominem attacks disguised as facts. What is one to think of an assertion that Rudi is mentally ill, for example? Or that he is ignorant of the Confrontation Clause, another ad hominem attack cloaked as 'fact'? After seeing more than a few of those unwarranted statements, I concluded a crank was writing them. I think it is a reasonable conclusion. I am not about to discuss the state of Rudi's mental health as I know nothing about it, and the writer exhibited no knowledge about it either. Ditto the Confrontation Clause.
