I couldn't agree with you more John, however, I don't see Qualcomm supporting the stock price with repurchases to lessen the pain that the stockholders are feeling. Officers of the company have not suspended their automated exercising of options.

While management's execution of their business plan is unparalleled, their consideration for their owners is irresponsible.

seti. Unseasoned & unreasoned total panic will not help this problem. QCOM has done a huge No of things right. It is the leader. Thus it is under total attack by NOK, Broadcom and NOK's close allies. The spotlight is focused on these trials. Clearly there is a lot more to QCOM's past and future trajectory that these BRCM suits

Seasoned and reasoned management would have responded forcefully before the situation deteriorted this badly. That is why there damn well better be a sense of panic in the company. That's called doing your job, days work for a days pay, sense of responsibility. What do you call it when the chairman and (former) head legal talk opposing views? What do you call it when the company fires off their MAD patent missiles and destroy the homeland cities. What do you call it when when, oops we didn't bother trying to do workarounds?
