I dont think he has any idea just how much stuff he has put in writing over a very long period of time.

He can claim whatever he wants, but nobody can escape what they put in writing.

And with so many people documenting every public post, every pm, every e-mail and etc...let him deny whatever he wants.

The truth is known.

To protect the interest of all of the creditors of the estate, and to preclude a debtor-in-possession from continuing to manage the business and affairs of the debtor after filing the petition, the Court should promptly and fully review any allegations that justify cause as the basis for the appointment of a Chapter 11 Trustee.
