" Their vehicles are so large they completely fill the lane, but they just seem to be bad drivers, and inconsiderate, as they don't seem to care."

Plus, they can't park to save their lives. Too many of the college kids here have gotten a large truck or SUV on graduation from high school. They don't have the slightest concept of how to drive them. When I was in college the first time, I worked summers and Christmas holidays for Coca Cola. So I have some experience in driving at least moderately large vehicles, basically everything short of a tractor-trailer. And there is really no reason to swing wide to make corners and parking at an angle in a parking spot and blocking another vehicle from being able to leave. Much less drifting across lanes and forcing other vehicles off when you don't hear their horn or realize what it means.
