Wonder who did the due diligence for the Murphy lawyers? It sure wasn't them... Did it ever occur to you that the US Trustee pretty much quoted what "we" have been saying for years because, ahem, it was the truth? Here's the difference: years ago "we" used terms like "red flags". Today "we" simply say PLNI was one big scam because, ahem, it was. Will it surprise you if Turek is indicted and ends up going to jail? That's the track this train is on. Why in the world you would want to continue to stand in the way with your eyes closed is beyond me, but thanks for all the entertainment. Although if I were a shareholder that got burned by your obfuscation/ignorance, I wouldn't be laughing. - Jeff
