EL- Can we cut ot the quick. Did Q do whatever it was they needed to do in order to succeed in an infringment suit against NOK for the patents that it has stated in the case against NOK.

The legal nuances are just too much for me to follow and maybe others on tht thread.

Surely Q this time has done things the right way. Do you beleive that is the case.
