Hi Mike, Since when are lawyers considered scientific scholars? David B. Sandalow, the author of the article you cited is a lawyer. If you read State of Fear you'll see one of MC's gripes is how lawyers have put in positions of great power on the boards and in management of these huge environmental organizations. In any event, I'm looking forward to seeing Charlie Rose's challenge to MC come to fruition. If you've seen the video whose link I posted on my last message, you probably caught that Rose proposed that he(Rose) bring in leading scientist to debate MC in a future show. Frankly, I hope MC brings his own climatologist as well. Craig
