Fowler is requesting in their application that the Debtors’ former attorneys, Wyatt, Tarrant and Combs turn over the unused retainer it holds for the benefit of the Debtors to Fowler for its use as a retainer. Wyatt, Tarrant and Combs have yet to file a Motion to Withdraw as attorneys for the debtors. STATEMENT UNDER SECTION 329 OF THE BANKRUPTCY CODE AND UNDER RULE 2016 OF THE FEDERAL RULES OF BANKRUPTCY PROCEDURE 10. Fowler does not hold a retainers from the Debtors.
