Of course. So does India. But, they will be forced to address issues that at least impinge on global warming within a decade. Two at the most. And we could be there, ready to sell them the technologies they need. As opposed to sitting on our hands, waiting for them to catch up. And then, more than likely, letting them solve the problems and reaping the payoff.

Why do you think the latter is the better approach?
