Joe - Yes, both methods have higher speeds than what I have available, but 3Gbps seems to be the best balance of speed and cost for me. Keeps my total phone/internet bill down to @$100, not including the separate cellular.

I'll say it once. My Comcast connection generally tested at above 8MBS, frequently above 9 MBS. The DSL is snappier.

As previously stated I've not tried moving multi MB files over the DSL yet.
