a rising tide lifts MOST boats! my sense here is that the general markets stage a nice recovery rally...and i will be unloading a good portion of the positions (but not all) i have built up this week...i'd like to see another sell-off and retest what appears to be an interim bottom here...then i'll buy the positions back slowly, b/c this might not end up being the bottom... here's something to take a look into...it's not a precious metals play...it's a natural resources play, and it's the most vital resource to mankind: water WTR brought in a lot of buying volume in the beginning of August and staged a good run-up...i consider this a sign as a flight to "quality" as most everything else was getting creamed...it has come off its recent highs, but on lighter volume and put in an intraday reversal today...
