I dont know...there are still lots of question marks out there and everybdy seems to be admitting that........the problem, again, goes down to credit and confidence.

even with new money made avaliable who is going to risk going in to debt at this moment.

again the best and brightest got caught in public wth their trousers down....people may not be laughfing at them but they will wont look at them for a good while without a smirk and a shake of the head in disbeleif.
