LOL.....Just got done telling somebody else I thought Cramer was entertaining.

Back on topic, I've been long Qcom since the early days, but I hate the fact that the legal issues now appear seemingly endless and that we are getting our rear ends kicked in court.....by BRCM of all companies! In looking at how ridiculously pathetic QCOM handled themselves in court, I cannot say I am optimistic about future battles with nok, brcm, et al......

I remember when RMBS was a wall street darling....cant miss due to their biz model.....They were a goliath. However after years of court battles and miscues, they are a mere shell of themselves. I remember when I got out of RMBS. It was for 3 reasons. 1) Never buy/own a lawsuit. 2) Not good having to sue your own customers and have them hate you and look for any way to not be your customer if other options are there. 3) My gains were good and I didnt like 1 and 2 above so I sold and ran.

I cant help but feel dejavu with QCOM, although a bit different.
