With those All-in-one devices that TGPTNDR seems to have, it's actually a DSL-modem + an Ethernet port.
There probably won't be a "web interface" as is usual with routers, but there might just be menu available via a telnet connection.
He could try : "telnet.exe 192.162.1.1"
for example.
If he has a handbook, he might just find something in there about a telnet link.
