It is. Was cut under Jeb and the FL Rep legislature.

On the other hand Charlie Crist is another animal. He's bought into GW, maybe more than Arnold. Since he was elected they have canceled 2 coal burning power plants (one next to the Everglades!) and are mandating 20% renewable in 10 or 20 years, can't remember exactly.

I can't understand why "The Sunshine State" doesn't have better solar power incentives. If Charlie wants to lead that's a good place to go.
