I have been limiting my international fund investment to a couple of international funds offered in my retirement plans, plus VEURX and a little in SASPX. With these funds, I have some international exposure, but no exposure to emerging markets. Thus, my question to Justa, which you answered quite nicely (VWO). Re: "WOW! German & London stock markets and U.S. market futures really lifted off in reaction to the FED .5% cut in the discount rate." Yes the markets took off nicely today. Maybe old Ben is finally coming around to Bob's viewpoint that we need a cut in the federal funds rate. Best wishes, I2
