I agree on quant hedge fund and black box traders in general. Problem with regs is you get more Sarbox which caused more problems than they resolved.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't everything working just fine? The enormously wealthy use hedge funds to bleed the markets dry and the Fed bails things out with huge infusions of money back into the economy with Uncle Sam cosigning and the American taxpayer holding the bag again. The rich bilking the poor. Everything is fine! Hedge funds are like blood suckers on the markets.
