I knew the FED has some 'signalling' system among themselves
and the elite circles.

Damed ! Damed ! Damed !

When they signal, they should do like the 3rd base coach
in public view, pick a nose, scratch the ass/crotch,...,
that they are signalling. (though keep the signal secret,
of course ).

This is unfair to the general public, as usual. Yeap, the
treasury is being looted in orderly fashion.
