i have several this one from old ebbit grill washington d.c. maryland crab cakes.
1 pound lump crabmeat, 1/3 cup mayo, 2 teaspoons crab boil seasoning, 1 tablespoon chopped parsely, and dijon mustar and water, 4 salted crackers. (the other suggestions all use bread crumbs)
combine mayo, crab boil, parsley,mustart, water and mix until smooth, add mix to crabmeat and mix carefully not to break up lumps.
with your hands break up crackers into crumbs and mix into crab misture, form into patties and pan-fry or broil yield 4 servings
