I have indeed blasted management for its handling of strategy and legal matters. I think that Lupin's departure may bring about some positive events.

I think the most deceptive stuff was issued by Lupin. And he was not reined in, as far as I know, and that is an upper management problem, probably PJ's mollycoddling of a buddy and inexperience in these kinds of things.

His departure is very positive, IMO. I think IMJ has tightened the leash on PJ.

All of this bodes well, and I may get back in once the BRCM suits do the perfectly predictable damage to the share price.

I just now realized that I was talking about Q in the SONS thread.

OK, you're right. Management is very opaque, not necessarily crooked, but opaque. The accounting methods and the recognition of revenue rules don't help.
