Fine by me. Miami will become an interesting place - like Venice, with high rises poking up out of the ocean and you'll need a boat to get around.

I end up living on an Island. Can I name it Fowler Island, declare independence from the US, institute national health care and mandate only electric vehicles?

Will the toilet paper still be available?
