Auh, but you missed the point of my post, it has not been proven. Q says so, I didn't. Do you have access to the past agreements between NOK & QCOM? If NOK is claiming they are "paid up" from some of QCOM's patents, why is it so far fetched to assume QCOM is not paid up for the NOK patents in question?

I'm not sure what I believe anymore when it comes to QCOM's license agreements. The jury is still out and will be for sometime.

But when I think of the ass kicking qcom shareholders just got I have to consider wide and deep for a cause.

slacks - You are right. Unless Q has a license the chances are massively odds on that Q has infringed a NOK patent.

So now what? You have to imagine that someone at the Q on the Board has been asking exactly these questions.

What then is the prognosis for the Q?
