Auh, but you missed the point of my post, it has not been proven. Q says so, I didn't. Do you have access to the past agreements between NOK & QCOM? If NOK is claiming they are "paid up" from some of QCOM's patents, why is it so far fetched to assume QCOM is not paid up for the NOK patents in question? I'm not sure what I believe anymore when it comes to QCOM's license agreements. The jury is still out and will be for sometime.

I really really pray that people inside Q dont believe anything similar. I agree with you and fear the same. But when I think of the ass kicking qcom shareholders just got I have to consider wide and deep for a cause.
