Eriq, it's hilarious that Nokia [evil-doing hagfish guild Euroslime] is using the ITC [a USA political institution intended to protect American companies against the depredations of said evil-doing aliens] to attack an American company which is generating $billions for the USA treasury and providing $billions to employees and shareholders and supplying amazing phragmented photon mobile cyberspace to Americans.

It was bad enough that the ITC interceded in a dispute between two American companies [Broadcom vs QUALCOMM]. That they are now going to attack an American company on behalf of a foreign company is beyond belief.

There is a perfectly fine legal system in the USA for enforcing patents. The ITC is a joke. This belongs in Comedy Central.

Edit: On reflection, "perfectly fine" is false representation. It was not my intention to mislead people into thinking that the USA legal system would deliver good quality legal results. I am not offering my usual double your money back guarantee that the USA legal system will be "perfectly fine", "fine", "somewhat okay", or even "dodgy but with luck might deliver a sensible result" in any particular instance.
