Thanks a lot. That link is very helpful.

I was wondering since the warrants cost almost 30%-40% of the common stock, is it better to go with the stock itself? Please correct me if I am wrong, but in the unlikely event of stock not moving above the "exercise price + warrant price" the investor would be loosing 100% of the capital, though there is more leverage with the warrants. Is the actual stock traded on pink sheets or one needs to buy it only on TSX?
