Disagreed. Intel and AMD are constructing their specs with the HSF and system designers in mind. The likelihood of you understanding what these designers want and need better than the systems designers at both Intel *and* AMD, is mind-bogglingly low. Sandpile.org is an enthusiast webpage trying to collect microprocessor stats, and they have made the mistake of accepting a thermal myth that people like yourself perpetuate. The rest of the industry goes by the specs. Your argument is, at best, a conspiracy theory with no basis. I've at least pointed to the specs, which gives any free-thinking individuals on this forum the chance to read the specs and decide for themselves.
