Average American lives a standard of living that is far above his worth (ability / productivity-wise) compared to the rest of the world. The education system has been dumbed down to produce dummies, is it a surprise that the free market re-values the value of an American worker?

Better management practices, investments in technology, relatively laiseiz free economics can only multiply the inherent value of an American worker so much...
