I would gage it as totally impolite to call out disagreement as being consigned into "poodles".... Being a "poodle" is not about agreement or disagreement. I always respect thoughtfully achieved disagreement. If someone says, for example, that Karl Rove killed Vince Foster and fourteen people sign on, there's something else going on there. Either they are hopelessly stupid or they are expressing something other than agreement with that statement.
