Yeah, we just had the beans last night! They were great. I am using it again for some stock. I always freeze the ends from the onions I chop and also freeze celery tops etc. Then when I get something like a ham bone, I add the frozen stuff and it automatically produces a fantastic stock. So easy and all you need to remember is when you peel an onion, toss the peel and ends in a small sandwich baggy and toss it in the freezer. The top shelf of the door to our freezer is dedicated to scraps like that.
