So now you're saying it's treason to negotiate with foreign companies to finance and operate infrastructure in the US? Seems to me that this is a political issue. If you want to stop it you can pursue a variety of political remedies, such as recall, referendum, election, etc.

P.S. Some folks from Spain and Australia are interested in building and operating the Anchorage version of the "Bridge to Nowhere".
