So I have found.

That's why TREN needs to find a JV partner for their Coos Bay stuff.

Storm Cat has enough production in the PRB to go it alone there but has partnered up with Encana -- the big dog in CBM -- for their Elk Valley play, while SLV has JVed their shale gas but not their CBM, and SPI is looking to get bought out if they can prove Farrell Creek to be commercially viable.
