This must be the new fad holding Russia out to be a superpower. They are technologically bankrupt. I don't think there has been a new idea from them in years. they are trying to whip up the old cold war junk. The only way Putin can get some support is to be negative and promote anti americanism. Pardon me, but if you stand any chance of illness, or if you want a free market to invest in, i'll stay right here in NA
