My gosh C2, has it occurred to you that maybe IJ and Jha are attempting to bring Ms. Lam up to speed? There is not one thing that this company can do right in your eyes, which is fine, but I don't think you are going to be able to single handedly get the share price into the teens. Inside counsel is bad, outside counsel is bad, too many engineers, not enough engineers, not focused enough on legal, too focused on legal... bla bla bla

Don't get me wrong, I love engineers, they're great, but I have found them to be deficient in analyzing legal issues. And I speak from experience, having represented them. A terrific exception was IMJ, but he is unique. I hope he keeps a very active hand in things. Engineers tend to see things in black and white, numerically, and like to pigeonhole issues. This is not how law works. Both sets of professionals have a job to do in IP cases. What would happen if the legal folks got zero input from the engineers? Do you think they would know how to spell CDMA? Most all high level engineering involves careful consideration of tradeoffs, cost/benefit, power/computing budget, schedule/features, superior/cheaper materials etc etc. The best type involves thinking outside of the box "pigeonhole". Your view of engineering is very limited.
