The term felony is used for very serious crimes, whereas misdemeanors are considered to be less serious offenses. I assume he doesn't believe in checking to see if a person is illegal when stopped for speeding ticket etc. I also assume he doesn't support deporting those who overstay their visas unless they commit a felony. His position appears to be safe havens in cities, not search out illegals and deport them unless they have committed a serious crime. silence on medical and education for illegals is silent. His previous position is support these families with medical and education.
