With all due respect, Limmer, none of those questions of yours counts. The Rudi Brewster matter is a one off loss, caused by a series of blunders and misjudgements, involving meaningless patents, in a standard that Qualcomm has never monetized. The sanctions cannot be in an amount that is material to the company, and likely will be joint and several with offending outside counsel. Many issues in that case, as well as the post-judgment proceedings, are ripe for appellate review.

Yes, I think that you can keep your short position in place until Judge Rudi (more like Judge Judy) has broken up Q. I would suggest closing your position in the low teens because that is when C2 will start buying.
